Abstract:
The structure of aluminum alloy crossbeam casting was complex and the wall was thin. In order to ensure the mold filling of metal liquid and avoid the casting defects such as insufficient pouring and cold insulation, a vertical slit casting system was designed with phosphate inorganic resin sand modeling. The HZCAE software was used to simulate the design process and optimize the process according to defect prediction. Finally, the best casting process scheme is obtained.
