Abstract:
As modern aviation technology advances, a multitude of new materials are being utilized in aircraft structures, leading to a transformation in the assembly processes of airplanes. A wide array of new fasteners are being employed in aircraft manufacturing, with the most representative being the extensive use of high-locking fasteners and blind rivets. This paper analyses the generational development of high-lock fasteners and blind rivets from abroad, summarizing and distilling the advanced model requirements and the technological development and research and development models, as well as the iterative logic behind them. It also provides a prospective outlook on the future development of domestic high-lock fasteners and blind rivets.
