Abstract:
In this paper, the problem of shrinkage of riser root in ductile iron body during casting was discussed. By lowering the upper limit of casting temperature from 1 360~1 380 ℃ to 1 360~1 370 ℃, and changing the φ120 mm insulation riser with the riser neck size of φ60 mm to the φ150 mm wooden riser with the riser neck size of 30 mm×60 mm×25 mm to solve the shrinkage defects at the riser root of the casting. According to the production results, the shrinkage problem has been completely solved, which provides a reference for solving other defects of the fuselage shrinkage.
