Abstract：
In order to solve the elliptic deformation of ductile iron tube produced by EPC process, the characteristics and causes of deformation were analyzed, and the sand ring technology of wet process was selected, which improved the roundness and rigidity of the model and effectively controlled the elliptic deformation of the tube.
