Abstract:
The sample of ZTC4/H13 bimetallic composite casting was prepared by inlay casting method. The internal quality of the composite casting, the bonding of the composite interface and the mechanical properties of the material were studied. The results show that no cracks, shrinkage holes or other casting defects are found in the composite casting, the interface bonding mode is mechanical bonding, the strength of H13 alloy will decrease after smelting casting and hot isostatic pressing, and the elongation after fracture will increase.
