Abstract：
The detection device and principle of 783 bolts without disassembly were studied, and the static waveforms of artificial defects, threads, artificial defects, false defects and natural cracks of 783 bolts were analyzed and studied through the device. The results show that during the unit mediation or short maintenance period, the requirements of detecting the bottom of the heating hole of this kind of on-line bolt are realized without disassembly. Timely the quality of bolts can be grasped in time, and to avoid equipment accidents.
