Abstract:
The erosion of the blast furnace hearth and the bottom of the furnace jeopardizes the economic benefits of the factory and the life safety of the workers. In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of disasters, this paper will use the two-point method combined with the theory of long board and the theory of long cylinders for the blast furnace hearth. The degree of erosion of the bottom of the furnace is simply calculated, and the erosion morphology and erosion range of the hearth and the bottom of the furnace are obtained, which provides a strong basis for the blast furnace to take insurance measures.
