Sand metal ratio was an important parameter in casting production, the production cost, energy consumption and production efficiency can be greatly reduced by reducing the ratio of sand to metal in the process of chilled resin sand.Combined with the field production experience, several methods of reducing the ratio of sand to metal are introduced.
