Abstract:
The hardness and impact toughness of ZG65Mn for subsoiler at different annealing temperature and tempering temperature were compared,and the effects of heat treatment parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the microstructure of ZG65Mn after annealing at 900℃,quenching at 840℃ and tempering at 200℃ is mainly tempered martensite,which has the best comprehensive performance,not only high hardness,but also good impact toughness.
