Abstract：
Large tonnage electric furnace large capacity casting ladle casting medium and small steel castings, to connect
the small pieces into a mold series for combined casting, it was equivalent to the small pieces into large pieces. It is very
beneficial for protecting ladle and controlling excessive cooling of molten steel to shorten pouring time and reduce the
number of single ladle pouring.
