Abstract:
Phase array ultrasonic detection technology for micro defects in complex areas of GH901 superalloy disk parts was used to analyze the detection signal. In order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), the wavelet denoising method was applied to the detection signal. The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio of phased array ultrasonic detection signals while retaining the small defect signals of disk parts. It plays an important role in improving the capability of phased array ultrasonic detection of micro defects in complex areas of GH901 superalloy disk parts.
