Abstract:
The effects of long-time aging at 580℃on the microstructure of ZG1 Cr11 Ni2 WMoV martensitic heat resistant casting-steel were studied by SEM equipped with energy dispersive spectrum analysis,TEM and optical microscope. The results show that after 1 050℃for 1 h air cooling quenching and 580℃for 2 h air cooling and tempering, the nano-sized M6 C carbides are dispersedly distributed on the tempered martensite laths.During long-term aging treatment at 580℃for1 000 hrs,the M23 C6 carbides was precipitated from the grain boundary of austenite and martensite, while the M23 C6 carbides and laves phases are precipitated fromδ-ferrite.
