Abstract：
Machine tool pillar casting materials is HT300,a mould of two casting,a single casting gross weight,pouring and riser weight,the total weight are 104 kg,27 kg and 235 kg,respectively.The casting produces air holes in the inner wall of the main shaft hole,the inner wall of the flange hole and the upper end face of the machine head.Through process analysis,casting defects are successfully solved,improve product quality and reduce production cost.
