Abstract：
With the rapid development of automotive transmission industry,the requirement of gear as the core component was also increasing.Lightweight,low cost,low energy consumption,new materials and other requirements have become new challenges in its development.As for the application of PM helical gears in automotive transmission,the advantages and disadvantages and application limitations of PM helical gears are expounded from the aspects of design,process and verification.
