Abstract：
The microstructure and properties of welding joint which prepared by the plasma welding technology were studied by metallographic, SEM, residual stress and ANSYS emulation analysis. The results show that plasma welding technology has more advantages and practical value in the manufacture of large pressure vessels than ordinary welding technology.
