Abstract：
Die casting in the mass production process, in order to ensure the stability of product quality, in the early stage of die casting design, the selection of die casting machine, mold modeling analysis, die casting process design, as well as the selection of auxiliary equipment and other comprehensive factors were considered;Taken preventive measures in advance for casting quality problems, the production process was optimized. The results show that the die casting meets the requirements of customers, improves the pass rate and reduces the production cost.
