Abstract:
In the casting process, the residual thermal stress of the valve body should be controlled to reduce the deformation in the use process. In this paper, a typical product is selected as an object to establish a finite element model.The transient temperature field, thermal stress field and comprehensive stress field under casting condition are calculated.The distribution area and characteristics of thermal stress are displayed accurately, which provides an accurate basis for the selection of vibration aging parameters. In order to improve the effect of vibration stress relief on residual thermal stress,the characteristics and rules of internal stress distribution in casting process were studied. By changing the position of the measuring point of the valve body and under different specifications and temperature conditions, the internal stress was quantitatively measured.
