Abstract：
Based on the research and development of turnout of 350 km/h passenger high-speed rail line, the casting process and machining process design of high manganese steel integral cast wing rail for no. 41 high speed single opening turnout of 60 kg/m rail were analyzed and introduced, the process measures were put forward and the effect of each process was optimized and improved. The results show that the castings produced in accordance with the improved casting process can meet the requirements of technical standards, and the machining process can ensure the quality requirements of the whole casting wing rail.
