Study on Modification of Microwave-hardened Inorganic Phosphate Binder Foundry Sand

Abstract：The properties of phosphate binders were improved by adding oxides, sulfates and macromolecular materials and adjusting the neutralization degree of binders. The results show that the maximum strength of the sand mold can reach2.6 MPa by adding the above three materials. The adjustment of the neutralization degree of the binder can improve the moisture absorption resistance and shorten the hardening time of the sand mold.
