Abstract：
The problem of sintering the inner cavity of the 4 H dry cylinder liner produced by the company had not been well solved.The improvement effect was still not ideal after three times application of partial pre-dip-coating plus integral dip-coating and partial manual rebrush coating after drying.The results show that M590 A coating is used to presoak the water jacket core,and the complicated process of pre-dip-coating and manual paint brushing after drying is eliminated,and the defect of sintering of 4 H cylinder block inner cavity is successfully solved,which improves the production efficiency,reduces the production cost and reduces the casting rejection rate.
