Abstract:
On the basis of theoretical calculation and relevant test and production data, the"three delamination"([S],[Si],[P])process of blast furnace smelting+molten iron in the process of oxidizing production of high purity pig iron was analyzed, and the removal of impurity elements that need to be controlled in this process was discussed. The results show that Al,B,Ti,Cr and Mn are easily removed to a low level, while As is slightly removed.Compared with the concentrate method, the production cost can be reduced. The melting point of molten iron increase and its fluidity become worse after"three delamination",which has obvious influence on its casting.
