Abstract：
The sources and hazards of hydrogen in aluminum melt were analyzed.According to the different operation modes of measuring hydrogen,the principle and characteristics of on-line measuring methods such as reduced pressure solidification method,first bubble method,inert gas cycle method and hydrogen concentration difference cell method were introduced respectively.The various on-line hydrogen measurement methods were compared and analyzed from the aspects of hydrogen measurement operation mode,hydrogen measurement results,testing time and cost.The development direction of online continuous hydrogen measurement technology is to extend the service life of high temperature hydrogen measurement probe and reduce the overall cost of the device.
