Abstract：Taking heavy truck automatic transmission as an example,which has realized the rapid development of heavy truck automatic transmission through casting simulation software named MAGMA,3D printing of sand mold and core,and sand gravity casting technology.Finally,a new process of 3D-printed sand mold,core and gravity casting was established.
