Abstract:During the welding of the aluminum alloy body of high-speed EMU, the temperature field will be generated in a certain space, and the distribution of the temperature field becomes the influence factor of the welding stress field and strain field, which directly determines the welding quality of the welding joint. However, the traditional contact temperature measurement method cannot monitor the welding temperature field of aluminum alloy car body in real-time. In view of the actual situation on the production site of the EMU body, the non-contact measurement method can be used to monitor the temperature field in real-time. The results show that the distribution of welding temperature field is obtained by using digital image processing technology in the temperature field monitoring method based on CCD camera. Compared with the traditional contact measurement method, the deviation is very small. At the same time, this measuring system is simple and portable, which can greatly improve the production quality and efficiency.
