Abstract：Copper mold was an important material for producing anode plate in copper refining process. The service life of copper mold determined the frequency of downtime and replacement, which affects the production efficiency. The microstructure of copper mold casting and spheroidizing annealing was analyzed, and a new technology of copper mold making was proposed. The results show that this technology can improve the service life of copper mold and reduce the processing cost.
