Abstract:Sulfur-containing steel was produced by the process of "BOF-LF-VD-CC", before VD vacuum treatment, the content of [O] in the steel was no more than 10×10-4%, and the content of [S] was no more than 0.005%. When the molten steel temperature was greater than or equal to 1 600 ℃, calcium was treated at 0.02 kg/t, VD vacuum holding time was ≥10 min, soft blowing time was ≥15 min, and the sulfur line was fed at 0.035%~0.040% after VD caving. The results show that in the process of continuous casting, casting and slag removal are protected and prohibited, and the grade of class A inclusions of sulfur-containing steel rolling materials is ≤2.0.
