Abstract：Stainless steel instrument shell casting,ferrite content is required to be less than 1.0%,water pressure test requires zero leakage,often produced in the production process crack defects and scrap.Casting structure is not allowed to be modified,through chemical composition adjustment,adding nitrogen alloy,replace part of the nickel alloy,to improve the crack defect,while ensuring the magnetic permeability qualified.The results show that the ferrite content,mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the casting are qualified,and there is no crack defect.
