Abstract:Superalloys have become important structural materials in the manufacturing of aerospace engines, especially hot end components, due to their excellent high-temperature performance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. However, the weldability of superalloys is affected by the alloying elements, so research on the welding process of superalloys is of great significance. Based on the existing research, this paper mainly introduces the process of arc welding, electron beam welding and laser welding, including macro/microstructure and mechanical properties, to provide guidance for the manufacturing of superalloy welding structures.
