- 潜流式水平连续铸造坯锭高精冷轧工艺生产无氧铜带材的关键工序是熔铸过程,它决定着无氧铜加工材的两个内在质量指标——致密度和氧含量。对铸造工艺来说,若参数匹配不妥,铸坯内会存在晶粒粗大、显微裂纹、缩孔、缩松、偏析等组织缺陷,使致密度降低,这也是冷加工报废的主要原因。通过连铸工艺参数的正交实验,建立了铸坯致密度与主要工艺参数之间的神经网络描述,网络模型与遗传算法结合对工艺参数的组合进行了优化,改善了铸坯的组织质量,提高了铸坯致密度。
The strip of Oxygenfree Copper were produced through undercurrent horizontal continuous castingcold rolling technique. It were found that there were some microcracks, internal shrinkage, and inversesegregation in the strip billet of Oxygenfree Copper, which debase the densities of the strip billet and were the main reasons for rejected castings during cold working. Through the orthogonal experiment on the technical factors in the casting process, the mapping model of artificial neural networks had been established using the data obtained in the experiments. With the help of this model, the optimal casting conditions had been studied by GA optimizations method and real experiments. The results show that the microstructures of castings were improved and densities of the strip billet were enhanced.
