- 论述了析出物θ′相对AlxCu(2xxx)系合金组织与力学性能的影响。析出物体积分数与材料的屈服强度等力学性能之间存在定量关系,θ′相的数量密度直接影响合金的力学性能指标。θ′相的生长方向导致AlxCu系合金力学性能各向异性显著,不同惯析面上的析出物数量不同,将会导致合金力学性能各向异性。
Effects of θ′ phase on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlxCu 2xxx series aluminum alloy were investigated. The volume fraction of θ′ phase has a quantitatine relationship with mechanica properties. The quantity and clensity of θ′ phase directly affect mechanical properties. The growth direction of θ′ phase leads to anisotropy of AlCu alloy, which because of the different quantities pecipitates in different hakitplanes.
