- 在400 ℃真空条件下,对纯镁进行表面锌钇共渗改性处理,研究了不同扩渗时间对合金化渗层的影响,采用OM、SEM、EDS、XRD和显微硬度测试等方法对渗层进行了组织结构和显微硬度分析。结果表明,随扩渗时间的延长,渗层厚度逐渐增加。锌钇共渗层组织均匀致密,由αMg饱和固溶体、金属间化合物Mg7Zn3及准晶相Mg30Zn60Y10组成,材料表层的显微硬度有大幅提高。
Surface modification treatment on pure magnesium was conducted at 400 ℃ in vacuum conditions. The effect of diffusion time on microstructure of alloyed layers was investigated. The microstructure and microhardness of zincyttrium codiffusing layer were investigated with OM, SEM, EDS, XRD and microhardness test. The results showed that the thickness of diffusion layer increases gradually with prolonging diffusion time. The microstructure of zincyttrium codiffusing layer is uniformly and dense. The layer is composed of αMg saturate solution, intermetallic compound Mg7Zn3 and Iphase(Mg30Zn60Y10). The microhardness of the specimen surface layer has greatly improved.
