采用常压铸渗成型工艺制备了一种新型的三维连续网络结构碳化硅/铸铁复合材料,利用销盘摩擦磨损试验机对复合材料在干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损行为及耐磨机制进行了研究。结果表明:复合材料的相对耐磨性高达基体灰铸铁的4.7~7.9倍,平均摩擦系数为基体灰铸铁的46%~89%,具有良好的抗干摩擦磨损性能。
The infiltration casting method is used for the preparation of threedimensional cocontinuous network SiC/cast iron composite material in atmospheric pressure. The friction and abrasion behavior of composite specimen in condition of dry sliding friction are investigated by pegtray friction abrasion tester. The antiwear mechanism of composite material is discussed. The results show that the wear resistance of the composite material is 4.7~7.9 times of gray iron, and average friction coefficient is 46%~89% of gray iron. The composite material provides with good antiwear property in condition of dry sliding friction.
