- 利用倾斜板制备AlPb轴瓦材料。分析不同浇注温度和浇注位置对半固态浆料中Pb颗粒的数量及分布的影响。实验结果表明,在浇注温度1 100 ℃以下时,Pb颗粒大多聚集在试样下端,当温度升高到1 200 ℃时, Pb在熔液中弥散分布,可以得到Pb颗粒分布均匀、弥散的试样;浇注位置在1.2 m以下时,试样上端颗粒比较大而且少,在重力方向偏析严重;而浇注位置为1.2 m时,AlPb合金试样上下端的Pb颗粒尺寸和分布趋于一致。
AlPb bearing materials were prepared by sloping plate method. The effect of pouring temperature and position on the content and distribution of Pb particles were investigated in detail. The results showed that Pb particles were mostly gathered in the lower parts of the specimens when the pouring temperature is below 1 100 ℃, while the Pb particles in the slurry tended to distribute uniformly when the temperature equals to 1 200 ℃. When the pouring position is below 1.2 m, the particles in the upper parts of the specimens were large and less, and the segregation was serious in the gravity direction. When the pouring position equals to 1.2 m, the size and distribution of Pb particles in the upper and lower parts of AlPb specimens were quite similar.
