中文摘要:本文以15mm的6061商业铝合金板材为原材料,采用室温镦粗为预变性方式的SIMA法制备了6061合金半固态坯料,并研究了变形量和热处理工艺对其半固态组织演变和性能的影响。结果表明,镦粗变形可使6061初始板材中的晶粒被打碎而细化,并储存变形能,而随变形量增加,半固态组织中固相颗粒尺寸减少、圆整度更好,当达到临界变形量33.3%后组织变化不大。提高热处理温度可以促使液相比例提高和加快晶粒圆整化进程,但也使晶粒尺寸长大的速度更快。随热处理时间延长,晶粒尺寸先减小后增大并逐渐圆整化。经过热处理后,6061半固态坯料的室温屈服强度比初始与墩粗后的板材低,但是延伸率得到明显提升,且屈服强度随着热处理时间的延长急剧下降。综合来看,制备6061合金半固态坯料的最优SIMA法工艺参数是:变形量为33.3%,等温热处理温度为620℃,保温时间为45min。
英文摘要:The semi-solid 6061 alloy was prepared by SIMA processing with cold upsetting for pre-deformation. The effects of deformation and heat treatment process on semi-solid microstructure evolution was studied. The results show that, after upsetting deformation, grains are fragmented and refined and strain energy is stored in 6061 alloy. With the increase of deformation value, the solid particle size decreases and the spherical degree is better in semi-solid microstructure. When the critical deformation value reaches 33.3%, the microstructure have little change. Increasing the isothermal treatment temperature promotes grains refinement when recrystallization is finished, and accelerates the increase of liquid fraction and grains’ spherical degree, but also makes average grain size grow faster. As the holding time increases, the grain size decreases first and then increases, and spherical degree becomes better. But when the holding time exceeds 45min, some grains obviously coarsen. The yield strength of the semi-solid material is lower than the initial and deformed one, but the elongation is largely enhanced after heat treatment. With the increase of heat treatment time, the yield strength decreases dramatically. The ideal SIMA process parameters for the preparation of semi-solid 6061 alloy are: deformation value is 33.3%, isothermal temperature is 620℃, and holding time is 45min.
