- 金刚烧结陶瓷铸造砂是以优质焦宝石矿物为主要原料,经制粉、造粒、烧结、筛分、级配工艺获得的球形人造陶瓷砂。其含泥量、含水量、热膨胀性、角形系数、耗酸值低,粒形圆整,耐火度高,抗磨损破碎、抗压、可再生性能好,具有作为铸造用砂理想的性能指标。金刚烧结陶瓷铸造砂对各种砂型铸造工艺均具有良好的工艺适应性,用于铸铁、碳钢、合金钢等材质铸件的生产,无论是中小件还是大型铸件,均取得了令人满意的效果,表现出了良好的铸造工艺性能。
Jingang sintering ceramic foundry sand is a sphere-shaped artificial foundry sand produced from flint clay, through a series of processes including ingredients mixing, grinding, granulation, sintering and sieving. It features low silt and water content, low thermal expansion, low acid consumption, good angular coefficient, high refractoriness, good crush and wear resistance during reclamation, which are ideal properties as mold and core sand for casting. As such, Jingang sintering ceramic foundry sand has good processing adaptability for various sand mold applications. It is used in the production of iron, carbon steel and alloy steel castings. Satisfactory effects have been achieved in both medium-small parts and large castings, showing good casting performances.
