中文摘要:以Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0软件为平台,运用Top-Down设计模式中的主控件法,进行了某型号拖拉机提升器壳体主体芯盒的设计。在复杂的脱落式组合芯盒的设计中,主控件设计法较骨架模型法等方法,有时会更简洁清晰,适用性更好。通过对主控的数据共享,实现零部件设计的一致性。模具设计中针对不同部分的特点,采用不同的方法,能进一步提高设计的效率和准确性。
英文摘要:In Pro / Engineer Wildfire 5 software as a platform,using the main control method in the Top-Down design pattern to undertook a model of tractor lifter shell body core box design.In the complicated shedding type core box design,the Master part method in the design can sometimes be more simple and clear, good compatibility than a skeleton model method and other methods. Based on the main control data sharing makespare parts design consistency.For different parts of the characteristics in model design, using different methods, can improve the design efficiency and accuracy.
