- TiAl 合金具有低密度和优异的高温性能,是实现高推重比航空发动机结构减重的重要候选材料。 脆韧转变作为决定材料服役温度上限的关键力学行为,直接影响 TiAl 合金工程应用的可靠性与安全性。 本文系统综述了近年来TiAl 合金脆韧转变的研究进展,重点总结了其分类方法、主要测试方法与判据、转变特征、关键影响因素及微观机制,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。TiAl alloys have low density and excellent high-temperature properties and are important candidates for achieving weight loss in aeroengine structures with high thrust-weight ratios. As a key mechanical behavior that determines the upper limit of the service temperature of materials, the brittle-to-ductile transition directly affects the reliability and safety of TiAl alloy engineering applications. In this paper, the research progress on the brittle-ductile transition of TiAl alloys in recent years is systematically reviewed. The classification methods, main test methods and criteria, transformation characteristics, key influencing factors and micromechanisms are summarized, and future research directions are proposed.
