- 粉末冶金及增材制造作为近净成形技术,与传统成形技术相比具有生产周期短、效率高、整体材料利用率 高、迭代优化周期短等优势,在航空航天领域应用日益广泛。 金属球形粉末作为其原材料,粉末性能和质量直接影响产 品的性能及使用。 文章主要介绍目前全球金属球形粉末主要生产商和商业化金属球形粉末制备技术的发展历程、制粉 技术原理、粉末现状、面临的问题及发展趋势。Compared with traditional manufacturing technology, powder metallurgy and additive manufacturing have the advantages of a short production cycle, high efficiency, high overall material utilization and short iterative optimization cycle and are increasingly widely used in the aerospace field. As their raw material, the performance and quality of the powders directly affect the performance of the products. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the current major metal powder manufacturers worldwide, along with the historical evolution, fundamental principles of production technologies, current status, existing challenges, and future development trends in commercialized spherical metal powder preparation technologies.
