金壳体铸件。结果表明,铸件表面无化学粘砂、无裂纹、冷隔缺陷。X射线检查,铸件内部无裂纹、夹渣缺陷。铸件的化学
成分、力学性能均达到标准要求。 该工艺与石墨型铸造工艺相比,铸件表面质量和内部质量得到明显改善,铸造成本降
低近50%。
With mullite as the main molding materials and inert materials as the surface layer to prepare composite sand mold, titanium alloy shell casting was successfully produced by melting and pouring in vacuum shell furnace. The results show that there is no chemical sand, no cracks and no cold separation defects on the surface of the casting. X-ray examination show no cracks or slag inclusion in the casting. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the casting are up to the standard. Compared with the graphite mold casting process, the surface and internal quality of the casting are obviously improved, and the casting cost is reduced by nearly 50%.
