- 铝合金横梁铸件的结构复杂,整体较薄。为保证金属液的充型,避免产生浇不足和冷隔等铸造缺陷,设计了 垂直缝隙式浇注系统,采用磷酸盐无机树脂砂造型;利用华铸CAE软件对设计的工艺进行模拟,并根据缺陷预测对工 艺方案进行优化,最终得到了最佳的工艺方案。The structure of aluminum alloy crossbeam casting was complex and the wall was thin. In order to ensure the mold filling of metal liquid and avoid the casting defects such as insufficient pouring and cold insulation, a vertical slit casting system was designed with phosphate inorganic resin sand modeling. The HZCAE software was used to simulate the design process and optimize the process according to defect prediction. Finally, the best casting process scheme is obtained.
