奥氏体化保温时间对无碳化物贝氏体钢组织和性能的影响

- 研究了920℃奥氏体化加热保温时间对20SiMn2Mo无碳化物贝氏体组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,920℃加热经不同保温时间处理,抗拉强度在保温时间系数小于2.5 min/mm时变化不大,在保温时间系数2.0 min/mm时出现峰值。保温时间系数超过2.5 min/mm时强度下降,冲击值随保温时间延长有先上升后下降再上升的变化趋势,在保温时间系数1.5 min/mm和4.0 min/mm时出现峰值。不同保温时间空冷实验材料的组织为贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体组织,为无碳化物贝氏体组织。从节能及防氧化、脱碳方面考虑,实验材料奥氏体化加热保温时间系数为1.5 min/mm时具有良好的强韧性。The effect of austenitizing heating time at 920℃on the microstructure and mechanical properties of20 SiMn2 Mo carbide-free bainite was studied.The results show that 920℃heat treated by different heat preservation time,coefficient of tensile strength in the time of heat preservation is less than 2.5 mm/min when little change,in the heat preservation time there was a peak coefficient of 2.0 mm/min.When the insulation time coefficient exceeds 2.5 min/mm,the strength decreases,with the increase of holding time,the impact value increased first and then decreased and then increased,the peak value appeared when the insulation time coefficient was 1.5 min/mm and 4.0 min/mm.The microstructure of the air cooling experimental materials with different holding time was bainitic ferrite and residual austenite,and the microstructure was carbid-free bainitic.In terms of energy saving,oxidation prevention and decarbonization,the experimental material had good strength and toughness when the austenization heating and holding time coefficient was 1.5 min/mm.
