- 随着镁合金在航空航天、汽车等领域的应用,对高强韧镁合金的需求越来越迫切,普通压铸工艺已经不能满足汽车领域对高性能镁合金的要求。因此,近年来镁合金半固态流变成形技术得到了快速发展,以流变压铸、流变挤压铸造、流变轧制、流变挤压为代表的新型成形技术已经被尝试用于商业化生产。提高制浆与成形工艺生产效率和稳定性,提升产品综合性能,仍然是目前和未来的研究热点。综述了近年来镁合金半固态流变成型技术的主要工艺过程和研究现状,展望了该领域未来的主要研究方向和发展前景。
With the application of magnesium alloy in aerospace,automotive and other fields,the demand for high strength and toughness magnesium alloy is more and more urgent,and the traditional die casting process has been unable to meet the requirements of high performance magnesium alloy in the automotive field.Therefore,semi-solid rheoforming technology of magnesium alloys has been developed rapidly in recent years,and new forming technologies,such as rheological die casting,rheological squeeze casting,rheological rolling and rheological extrusion,have been tried for commercial production.Improving the production efficiency and stability of pulping and forming process and improving the comprehensive performance of products are still the current and future research hotspots.In this paper,the main process and review of semisolid rheoforming process for magnesium alloys in recent years are reviewed,and the main research direction and development prospect in this field are prospected.
