- 利用ProCast铸造数值模拟软件对某大型柴油发动机缸体的3种铸造工艺方案进行了模拟分析。通过对充型速度、充型情况、型砂温度等方面的分析与研究,得出在缸体最大横截面设置内浇道的中注式浇注系统为3种铸造方案中的最优方案。
Three casting process schemes of a large diesel engine cylinder block were simulated and analyzed by ProCast casting numerical simulation software.Through the analysis and research on the filling speed,filling situation and sand temperature,it is concluded that the middle pouring gating system with inner runner at the maximum cross section of cylinder block is the best one among the three casting schemes.
