In recent years, the development trend of "high speed, energy saving, light weight and safety" in domestic and even world industry has further improved the performance requirements of aluminum alloy zero components. The hypereutectic aluminum silicon alloy has lower expansion coefficient, smaller density, higher wear resistance and better product performance. As-cast structure mAlnly consists of coarse primary silicon and acicular or lamellar eutectic (α+Si) structure. Using Cu-P intermediate alloy and rare earth (La-Ce) modification treatment to obtAln (17%Si) high aluminum silicon alloy products, there is a broad market; it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the rapid development of enterprises and the progress of die casting technology.
