螺杆压缩机铸件应力对加工尺寸影响研究

明显。 铸件砂型内冷却温度 300 ℃以下满足加工尺寸要求。
The screw compressor had a very high requirement on the dimensional machining precision of casting, and it was belong to the precision machining workpiece. The dimensions of castings processed after artificial aging annealing and cooling in sand mould were compared and measured. The results show that cooling and aging annealing treatment in sand chamber have no obvious effect on machining dimension. Casting sand mold cooling temperature below 300 ℃ to meet the processing size requirements.
