- 过共晶铝硅合金组织中粗大的硅相恶化了其加工性能,改善过共晶铝硅合金的加工性能对过共晶铝硅合金的工业化应用具有极其重要的意义。 通过精密磨削加工实验,研究了合金化对 Al-18%Si 合金磨削加工性能的影响。结果表明,合金化对 Al-18%Si 合金组织具有细化效果。 添加 4%Cu 和 1%Mg(质量分数)的合金磨削表面粗糙度值最低,较原始合金降低了 70%;添加 4%Cu 和 2%Zn 的合金磨削力、磨削比能最低,较原始合金分别降低了 50.9%,54.8%与46.6%,而加入 4%Cu 和 2%Bi 与加入 4%Cu 和 2%Zn 的合金呈现出最佳的磨削表面形貌。 可见,合金化可以显著改善Al-18%Si 合金的磨削加工性能。
The coarse silicon phase in the microstructure of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys deteriorates their processingperformance. Improving the processing performance of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys is highly important for industrialapplication of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys. The effect of alloying on the grinding performance of the Al-18 wt.% Si alloy wasstudied via precision grinding tests. Results show that alloying has a refining effect on the microstructure of the Al-18 wt.% Sialloy. Compared with the original alloy, the alloy containing 4 wt.% Cu and 1 wt.% Mg has the smoothest grinding surface,with a roughness reduction of 70%. Compared with the original alloy, the 4 wt.% Cu- and 2 wt.% Zn-containing alloyshave significantly lower grinding forces and specific energies, with decreases of 50.9%, 54.8%, and 46.6%, respectively.The alloy with 4 wt.% Cu and 2 wt.% Bi and the alloy with 4 wt.% Cu and 2 wt.% Zn have the best surface morphology.Alloying significantly improves the grinding performance of the Al-18 wt.% Si alloy.
