- 采用手工电弧炉熔炼制备了不同Co含量的K4169高温合金,显微组织和力学性能的研究表明:
Co强烈促进Laves相的形成,缩小合金枝晶间偏析区;随着Co含量从0.5%增加到0.8%
,Laves相由小块状变为筛网状且数量明显增多;合金中强化相γ′相的数量也随Co含量的
增加而增多。Co元素的加入使K4169铸态合金的室温压缩强度有所提高,合金的硬度稍有
降低,但总体来说Co元素的增加对铸态合金的室温压缩强度和硬度的影响较小。
K4169 superalloy with different Co contents was prepared by arc melting in manua
l electric arc furnace. The analysis of the microstructure and mechanical proper
ties showed that Co significantly promotes the precipitation of Laves phase and
reduces the segregated area at the grain boundaries. With the content of Co incr
eases from 0.5 wt% to 0.8 wt%, the morphology of Laves phase precipitates varies
from lump shape to net structure and the amount increases considerably. Meanwhi
le, the amount of γ′ phase increases with increasing Co content. The addition
of Co enhances the compressive strength at room temperature but slightly decreas
es the hardness. However, the effects of Co content on mechanical properties of
the ascast K4169 superalloy were slightly.
