- 以Fluent6.3为计算平台,采用两维凝固模型,在浇注温度一定的条件下,研究了辊芯表面预热温度对静态铸造复合轧辊凝固过程温度场的影响,结果表明:随着辊芯预热温度的不同,复合轧辊凝固过程的温度场呈现出不同的特点,当预热温度较低时,其最后凝固的位置位于外层金属中间的某一位置,当预热温度较高时,最后凝固的位置位于外层金属和辊芯之间的界面上。当预热温度高于1 250 ℃时,外层金属和辊芯之间能够形成牢固的冶金结合。
Based on the Fluent 6.3 simulation, the influence of different preheating temperature of roll core on the temperature field in shell metal of static solidification process at the same pouring temperature was calculated by the 2dimension solidification model. The results show that the characteristics of solidification process are different according to the variation of preheating temperature of roll core. The last solidification spot lies in the middle of shell metal when the preheating temperature of roll core is lower or at interfaces of shell metal and roll core when the preheating temperature of roll core is higher, respectively. The shell metal can tightly bond with the roll core to form the composite roll, if the preheating temperature of roll core is over 1 250 ℃.
