- 利用ProCAST模拟软件对剪羊毛机摆杆熔模精密铸造的多种浇注工艺方案进行数值模拟,通过对精密铸造过程中流场和温度场的深入分析,预测出铸件可能产生的缩松缩孔缺陷及存在位置,经过对不同浇注系统设计方案的数值模拟,最终优化出更合理的方案,在很大程度上降低了缩松缩孔缺陷的产生。
The filling processes of different castingtechnologies for sheep shearer fork in lost wax casting process are numerically simulated by ProCAST software. Casting defects such as shrinkage cavities and porosities are predicted by analysis of flow field and temperature field. Simulation results on various gating systems indicated that the optimized process designs were determined, which remarkably reduced the generation of shrinkage cavities and porosities.
