- 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察组织和微区成分分析,XRD进行物相分析,以及硬度测量等
方法,研究了Ti、B对AlCu合金组织和时效性能的影响,观察了在时效过程中,合金的硬度
、组织的变化情况,以及组织与性能的对应关系。结果表明,Ti、B的加入对θ(CuAl2)
分布状态和AlCu合金的时效行为产生了一定影响。
The effect of Ti and B on microstructure and aging performance of AlCu alloys
was investigated by metallographic microscope, XRD, SEM, as well as hardness mea
surement, The relationship between microstructure changes and performance during
aging process were observed. The results showed that Ti, B element addition had an impact on the distribution of θ(CuAl2) and the aging behavior of AlCu alloy.
